1.-What is Ki’bok rewards?

  • We want to thank you for your preference and reward your loyalty.

  • Every time you order our delicious pan dulce you will earn concha coins that can be redeemed for more pan dulce!!!!

 

2.-How can I earn concha coins?

  • Become a member so you can start earning concha coins.

  • Membership is FREE and will give you 20 concha coins.

​

  • For every dollar you spend in Ki’bok you will earn 1 concha coin.

​

  • All items in the menu are included in the program.

3.-How can I become a Ki’bok member?

  • Go to the Ki'bok Rewards tab and select become a member

  • Set up an account and start earning concha coins.​

​

 

4.-How to redeem my concha coins?

  • Sign in to your account and select "View concha coins", then select "Apply reward" and place your order as usual.

  • The rewards will be available in your cart and you will be able to select the amount of concha coins you want to redeem.
